SHIPPING TIMES
We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible.
Orders placed before 16:00 on business days are typically shipped the same day (excluding pre-orders and public holidays).
Average delivery times:

Once your order has shipped, you will automatically receive an email with your Track & Trace link to follow your parcel.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order total.
Orders above a certain amount may qualify for free shipping (see checkout for current terms).
Rates may vary by country.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently ship within the European Union and select countries outside the EU.
Available shipping options and estimated delivery times for your destination will appear at checkout once your address is entered.

PRE-ORDERS
If your order contains pre-order items, the entire order will ship once all items are in stock.
Prefer to receive in-stock items sooner? Please place them in a separate order.
PICKUP POINTS
Shipping to pickup points is currently not available.
Please do not manually enter the address of a pickup location—such orders cannot be delivered and may be lost.
In these cases, Matcha San cannot be held responsible for missing parcels.
Always provide a valid home or business address.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including a Track & Trace link.
Use this link to track your parcel until it is delivered.
MISSING ORDERS
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your parcel, please first check with neighbors or your building’s reception.
Parcels can sometimes be marked as delivered slightly early.
Please allow up to three business days.
